The HACO-FAT FCT700/700A Horizontal Machining Center is a heavy-duty slant bed CNC lathe designed for high-precision turning and milling operations. Featuring a robust 70° inclined cast iron bed with four guideways, it ensures excellent rigidity, vibration damping, and optimal chip removal. The machine offers a maximum turning length of 159.000" (4,038 mm) and a main spindle chuck diameter of 12.000" (305 mm), supporting a maximum swing of 28.000" (711 mm) and a bar diameter capacity of up to 4.100" (104 mm). The main spindle delivers 40 HP and operates at speeds up to 2,200 RPM, providing powerful and versatile performance for demanding applications. Equipped with a VDI50 turret, the primary tool carrier supports up to 12 turning tools and 6 rotary tools, with the rotary tools offering 10 HP and speeds up to 2,500 RPM. The machine is configured for single spindle operation and allows one simultaneous cutting tool, ensuring efficient and precise machining.
