The horizontal spindle utilizes an HSK A 63 taper, with an optional SK 40 taper, and delivers a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm (upgradable to 12,000 rpm) and 44 HP (30-minute rating), with an optional 67 HP for heavy-duty applications. Tool management is handled by a chain-type automatic tool changer, standard with 60 tool pockets and expandable to 80, enabling rapid tool changes in just 3 seconds. The machine is equipped with a standard 2-pallet changer for uninterrupted operation. Axis travels are 25.59 inches (650 mm) in X and Y, and 26.77 inches (680 mm) in Z, with maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds of 2,554 ipm (65 m/min) across all axes, ensuring fast and accurate machining.
