The HEVI GEX-8000 is a high-performance, all-electric excavator engineered for efficiency and durability in demanding construction environments. With an operating weight of 18,739 lbs and a bucket capacity of 0.34 cubic yards, this 8-ton machine delivers a maximum digging force of 50 kN (11,240 lbf) and a maximum digging depth of 7 feet 7 inches. Its robust design features a 360-degree boom swing angle, a maximum reach along the ground of 19 feet 7 inches, and a maximum dump height of 15 feet, making it versatile for a wide range of excavation tasks. The GEX-8000 is powered by a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 141 kWh and a voltage of 618.24 volts, supported by liquid cooling and PTC heating for reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -31°F to 140°F. The battery can be charged to full capacity in as little as 1.5 hours using DC fast charging, and it offers a service life of up to 4,000 cycles. Hydraulic performance is optimized with a load-sensing system, 42.3 gpm output volume, and a working pressure of 4,061 psi.
