The HMT Machine Tools VMC 1000M Vertical Machining Center is a robust CNC machining solution designed for high-precision milling, drilling, and boring operations. It features a bed-type configuration with preloaded linear recirculation guideways, ensuring smooth and accurate movement across all axes. The machine offers X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 39.37 inches (1000 mm), 19.68 inches (500 mm), and 19.68 inches (500 mm), respectively, providing ample workspace for a wide range of part sizes. The worktable measures 47.24 inches (1200 mm) in length and 20.07 inches (510 mm) in width, supporting a maximum load of up to 800 kg. The spindle is equipped with a BT40 taper, delivering reliable tool holding and compatibility with standard tooling. With a spindle speed range up to 6,000 RPM and a spindle power of 4.97 hp (3.7 kW), the VMC 1000M is capable of efficient material removal and fine surface finishes.
