This CNC vertical machining center features a robust worktable measuring 31.5 inches by 15.75 inches, with an optional enlargement to 35.83 by 25.59 inches, supporting workpieces up to 882 lbs. The machine offers optional support tables, including index and rotary tables, enhancing versatility for different machining needs. The vertical spindle employs a BT30 taper with a top speed of 10,000 RPM and a 5.0 HP motor rated for 30 minutes, upgradeable to 7.0 HP. The spindle integrates an automatic tool changer (ATC) system with a standard capacity of 16 tools, expandable to 24, assuring rapid tool changes within 0.8 seconds and chip-to-chip time of 2 seconds.
This configuration supports 3 axes of movement—X, Y, and Z—traveling 19.7", 8.7", and 12.9" respectively, all capable of a maximum feed rate of 394 inches per minute and rapid traverse speeds up to 1,417 ipm, delivering fast and precise positioning. Optional 4-axis capability is available with full 360-degree rotation on A and B axes.
