The HURCO TMX10MYSi is a high-performance, 4-axis horizontal machining center designed for advanced mill-turn operations. It features a robust dual-spindle configuration, with both main spindles offering a maximum turning diameter of 12.4", a chuck diameter of 10", and a maximum swing of 22". The main spindles deliver 37.6 HP each, with speeds up to 3,500 RPM, while the sub-spindle provides 20.1 HP and reaches 6,000 RPM for efficient secondary operations. The machine supports a maximum bar diameter of 3.07" and a turning length of 24.7". Equipped with a 12-station turret, it can accommodate up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary (live) tools, with each rotary tool capable of 4,000 RPM and 8.5 HP for milling and off-center machining. The Y-axis enables complex pocketing and contouring, with X, Y, and Z axis travels of 8.76", 4.4", and 26.38" respectively, and rapid traverse rates of 945 ipm on all linear axes.
