The Big Plus® dual-contact spindle system enhances rigidity by providing simultaneous contact between the spindle taper and flange face, significantly reducing tool deflection, improving surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and tool life. The machine uses a 30-tool capacity arm-type automatic tool changer (ATC Swing Arm) ensuring flexible and continuous operation, though no pallet changer or U-axis rotary axis is included.
