This vertical machining center features a robust table sized 63.0" x 23.6" capable of supporting workpieces up to 5,100 lbs, providing substantial capacity for heavy-duty machining tasks. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle utilizing an HSK A63 taper, with a standard top speed of 14,000 RPM and an optional increase to 24,000 RPM, powered by a 34 HP motor rated for 30-minute operation. Tool management is handled by a 32-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), achieving a tool change time of 10 seconds and chip-to-chip time of 12 seconds, optimizing cycle efficiency.
The center operates on 4 axes as standard, with an option for a 5th axis, enhancing its capability for complex part geometries and multi-dimensional machining. Axis travels for X, Y, and Z are 47.2", 27.6", and 23.6" respectively, each with a max feed rate and rapid traverse speed of 1,181 inches per minute.
