The HWACHEON CUTEX 240 A/B (MC) is a high-performance horizontal machining center engineered for precision and efficiency in demanding turning applications. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 15.0" (380 mm), a maximum turning length of 23.6" (600 mm), and a swing over bed of 22.8" (580 mm), accommodating large workpieces with ease. The 8.0" (200 mm) chuck and 2.0" (50 mm) bar capacity support versatile workholding options. The main spindle delivers up to 6,000 RPM and 25 HP, ensuring robust cutting power and high-speed operation. The machine is equipped with a rapid indexing turret, supporting up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary tools, each with a maximum of 5.0 HP and 5,000 RPM, enabling complex multi-axis machining and live tooling operations. Simultaneous control of up to two axes allows for efficient, synchronized cutting processes.
