It has a vertical spindle with a standard #40 taper, optionally upgrading to an HSK-F63 taper, providing high rigidity and precision. The spindle delivers power rated at 30 HP (30-minute rating) and operates at speeds up to 20,000 RPM with an optional 30,000 RPM top speed for high-speed machining. The machine includes an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a 30-tool capacity and a fast tool change time of 1.2 seconds, enhancing operational efficiency. Optional dual pallets are available to support continuous production workflows. This 3-axis machine offers travels of 37.4" (X), 25.6" (Y), and 19.7" (Z), all featuring maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds of 1,970 inches per minute, enabling rapid and precise positioning. The lack of a U-axis signifies it is a standard 3-axis vertical machining center.
