The HYD-MECH S-20A Horizontal Band Saw is engineered for precision cutting with a robust capacity of 13" x 18" at 90°, accommodating rectangular, round, and square materials with respective capacities of 13", 13", and 11". This machine features a 1" blade width and a blade length of 14' 10", powered by a 3 HP motor and a 5 HP variable frequency drive (VFD) for optimal blade performance. Operating at a voltage of 240 V / 3 / 60 cycle, the S-20A offers adjustable blade speeds ranging from 75 to 330 surface feet per minute (SFM), ensuring versatility for various cutting applications. The integrated coolant system, with a 12-gallon tank capacity, enhances blade life and cutting efficiency. Designed to handle a work load of up to 5,000 lbs., the machine weighs 3,800 lbs, providing stability during operation. The table height is set at 31", facilitating ease of use for operators.
