The Hyundai WIA KH50G Horizontal Machining Center is engineered for high-precision, heavy-duty cutting operations, featuring a robust 2-step geared spindle drive that delivers exceptional torque at low RPM and stability at high RPM. The machine is equipped with a CAT 50 spindle taper, supporting a maximum spindle speed of 4,500 RPM and a powerful 22.4 kW (30 HP) spindle motor, ensuring reliable performance for demanding machining tasks. The worktable measures 19.7" x 19.7", accommodating a maximum load of up to 1,764 lbs, and offers X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 29.9", 27.8", and 25.6" respectively, providing ample workspace for large and complex parts. The KH50G features a 90-position automatic tool changer (ATC), enabling rapid tool changes and increased productivity.
