This vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 59.000 inches in length by 28.000 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 7,100 lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications. The spindle is vertically oriented with a choice of #40 or #50 taper, offering a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM (optionally up to 15,000 RPM) and a 30-minute power rating of 15 HP (optionally 25 HP), ensuring high performance for a wide range of materials and machining tasks. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 24 tools, expandable to 120 tools, and supports rapid tool changes with zero chip-to-chip time. An optional pallet changer is available with two pallets for increased productivity. The machine operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis (B-axis) providing 360° rotation for complex part machining. Axis travels are 51.000" (X), 34.000" (Y), and 32.000" (Z), with an optional Z travel of 28.000". Maximum feed rates are 315 IPM, and rapid traverse rates reach 590 IPM on all axes, enabling fast and precise movement.
