The JZ DK7720 Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision CNC wire-cut electrical discharge machining system designed for accurate and efficient metal cutting. The machine utilizes a water-based emulsion as its working fluid and supports electrode wire diameters from 0.12 mm to 0.18 mm, ensuring fine and controlled cutting. The DK7720 is equipped with a ball screw linear guide track for smooth and precise movement, and its column design allows for electric lift adjustment of the guide wheel gap. Taper processing is optional, supporting up to 6°/80 mm. The machine is submerged, enhancing cutting stability and precision. Auto threading is not available on this model.
