The table can be complemented with optional support index or rotary tables for enhanced functionality. The spindle is vertically oriented with an ISO 50 taper standard, alternatively CAT 50, delivering a top speed of 3,200 RPM, extendable to 5,200 RPM in the optional configuration. The spindle motor delivers a 30-minute rated power of 25 HP, upgradable to 35 HP for heavy-duty machining. Equipped with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), the machine holds 30 tools as standard, with an optional increase to 60 tools, facilitating a rapid tool change time of 6 seconds enhancing machining efficiency. The system operates across a 3-axis configuration (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis, moving in a travel range of 127.16 inches in X, 55.1 inches in Y (expandable up to 90.6 inches), and 27.55 inches in Z. Maximum feed and rapid traverse rates for all axes reach up to 196 inches per minute and 472 inches per minute respectively, supporting high-speed precision cutting.
