The Kitamura HX400i SII is a high-performance horizontal machining center equipped with a Fanuc 16iMB CNC control system featuring a 10.4" color LCD screen for advanced operational precision and ease of use. It incorporates a powerful 20,000 RPM two-step geared dual contact spindle, allowing for exceptional speed and rigidity during high-speed machining operations. The machine features a 40-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), enabling efficient tool management and continuous production with quick tool swapping. It offers rapid feed rates of up to 1969 inches per minute (IPM) across the X, Y, and Z axes, facilitating fast positioning and reduced cycle times.
