Technical Description
This high-performance rotary table/trunnion system is engineered for advanced 4th axis machining, featuring a robust 19.7" x 33.9" table/pallet for versatile workholding. Designed for seamless integration, it delivers precise rotary motion with wired connectivity for synchronized control. The machine offers extensive travel ranges: 29.90" on the X-axis, 20.00" on both Y and Z axes, supporting complex multi-sided machining operations. Cutting feed rates reach up to 787 IPM, ensuring rapid material removal and efficient production cycles. The spindle utilizes a 40 taper interface, capable of 15,000 RPM and powered by a 41 HP motor, providing high torque and accuracy for demanding applications. Spindle nose-to-table distance is adjustable from 4" to 24", accommodating a wide range of part geometries. Tool management is streamlined with a 30-tool magazine and an arm-type tool changer for fast, reliable tool swaps. Control is enhanced through a color monitor, high-speed machining functions, RS-232, USB, Ethernet/LAN, spindle orientation, and manual pulse generator. Additional features include a 10.4" color LCD, 2MB data server, thermal growth compensation, and automatic work compensation. The machine is equipped with a tool presetter, fully enclosed splash guard with sliding ceiling, thru-spindle coolant readiness, programmable air blow, wash coolant system, automatic way lubrication, cutting fluid device, and a chip conveyor for optimal shop floor performance and maintenance.
