KSI SWISS TCM 32S HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The KSI Swiss TCM 32S is a high-performance 7-axis horizontal CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe designed for precision machining of complex, small-diameter parts. The machine features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter and bar capacity of 1.260", capable of handling workpieces up to 12.000" in length. The main spindle operates at up to 8,000 RPM with 10 HP, while the sub-spindle provides matching speed and 3 HP for efficient secondary operations. Both spindles support a chuck diameter of 1.260" and 1.250", respectively. The primary tool carrier is a main spindle block equipped with up to 6 turning tools and 4 rotary tools, each rotary tool rated at 1.5 HP and 5,000 RPM. The second tool carrier is a Y-axis block, supporting up to 5 turning tools and 2 rotary tools, also rated at 1.5 HP and 5,000 RPM. The system allows for up to 3 simultaneous cutting tools, enhancing productivity. Secondary milling and drilling functions are available on-center, off-center, and with both 'C' and 'Y' axes as standard. The TCM 32S is engineered for high rigidity and accuracy, featuring intelligent chucking, rapid tool change, variable frequency turning, and advanced collision prevention. Its robust construction, combined with Fanuc OTiF CNC control, ensures reliable, high-speed production with excellent surface finishes and tight tolerances.
