It employs aerostatic bearings in the X and Y linear stages for frictionless motion, delivering sub-micrometer positioning accuracy and repeatability, crucial for demanding micromachining tasks. Its base and key components are constructed from fine-grained granite to ensure exceptional thermal and mechanical stability, effectively minimizing vibrations and enhancing long-term accuracy. The CNC system coordinates multi-axis movements including rotary and swiveling units (C and A axes), enabling complex 2.5D, 3D, and freeform surface machining.
