The LEADWELL V-40IT Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis CNC machine designed for precision and versatility in complex machining applications. Featuring a 5th axis trunnion rotary table, it enables simultaneous multi-sided machining for intricate parts. The table size measures 22" x 13.3", supporting a maximum load of up to 440 lbs. The machine offers generous travel ranges with 40" on the X-axis, 25" on the Y-axis, and 21" on the Z-axis, providing a large work envelope for diverse workpieces. Rapid traverse rates reach 1417 IPM across all linear axes, while the cutting feed rate is 394 IPM, ensuring efficient material removal and high productivity.
