The LeeBoy G220 Motor Grader is a robust, diesel-powered machine engineered for precision grading and surface preparation. It features a 6-cylinder diesel engine delivering 176–196 hp (net) at 2,200 rpm, with a bore of 4.1 in, stroke of 5.3 in, and displacement of 427.8 in³. The engine provides a maximum torque of 656 lb-ft and a 40% torque rise, ensuring reliable performance under heavy loads. Power is transmitted through a hydrostatic, closed-center hydraulic system with a variable piston pump, offering hydraulic output pressure up to 3,503 psi and flow ranging from 0–40.9 gal/min. The transmission utilizes a gear pump with lube oil pressure between 3–13 psi. Steering is achieved via front steering with a maximum angle of 47.5° and frame steering at ±20°, while the front axle offers a lean angle of ±18° and 32° total oscillation. Ground clearance at the center is 24.3 in. The machine’s operating weight is approximately 22,700 lbs on the front axle and 26,345–26,836 lbs on the rear axle. The front blade (moldboard) delivers a maximum cut depth of 28.9 in, lift above ground of 18.9 in, and side shifting capability (26.1 in left, 20.2 in right). The blade can rotate 360° and features maximum tip angles of 40° forward and 5° backward.
