The spindle delivers 14,000 rpm with 240 Nm of torque, supporting both ferrous and non-ferrous material machining. Tool management is exceptional, featuring a 313-tool capacity with ultra-fast tool-to-tool change times of 0.9 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 2.4 seconds, minimizing non-productive dwell time. The A51NX-5XU's rigid bed casting with three-point leveling and tiered column design provides outstanding dynamic stiffness and vibration management for superior cutting stability. Direct-drive motors on the B- and C-axes deliver rapid traverse rates of 75 rpm and 150 rpm respectively, with jacket cooling eliminating thermal deformation for repeatable accuracy.
