This 3-axis machine (expandable to 4 axes) offers travel distances of 43.3" (X), 32.3" (Y), and 40.1" (Z) with rapid traverse rates of 1,417 ipm on all axes, ensuring quick positioning and reduced cycle times. The B-axis provides continuous 360° rotation for indexing. The A82M is equipped with advanced CNC control (Professional 5) and supports high-thrust axes and high-pressure coolant through the spindle, enhancing chip evacuation and tool life. Its rigid construction and powerful spindle make it suitable for high-performance milling of complex parts with heavy cuts, supporting manufacturing in automotive, aerospace, and die/mold applications. Optional features include a rotary table, extensive tooling capacity, and pallet changers, making it a versatile solution for demanding horizontal machining tasks.
