The MANURHIN K'MX SWING 20 is a precision Swiss-type CNC horizontal machining center designed for complex part production with bar stock up to 0.790" diameter. This advanced machine features dual spindles capable of simultaneous operations, with both the main and sub-spindles reaching 10,000 RPM. The main spindle delivers 7.30 HP while the sub-spindle provides 5.00 HP, enabling efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. The machine is equipped with two tool carriers: a primary slide configuration accommodating up to 7 tools (2 turning and 5 rotary) and a secondary slide with up to 8 tools (4 turning and 4 rotary). Up to two cutting tools can work simultaneously, optimizing productivity for complex geometries. With seven CNC axes providing exceptional flexibility, the machine offers rapid traverse rates of 708 IPM across X, Y, and Z axes, with travel distances of 1.180", 4.720", and 8.270" respectively.
