The MARVEL SPARTAN HORIZONTAL BAND SAW is a robust and versatile machine designed for high-performance metal cutting and punching applications. With a punching pressure of 93 tons, it accommodates various tooling sizes, including standard (1-½” x ¾”), large (2” x 9/16”), and oversize (4-5/16” x ¼”). The saw features a throat depth of 14” and a stroke length of 3-⅛”, enabling efficient operation with a cycle rate of 25 cycles per minute for ¾” material. It boasts a flat bar shearing capacity of 18” x 9/16” and can handle widths and thicknesses of 14” x ¾”. The blade length is 19”, ensuring precise cuts across a range of materials. The machine is equipped for angle flange trimming (4” x ½”) and offers angle shearing capabilities at both 90° (6” x 6” x ½”) and 45° (3” x 3” x 5/16”).
