The spindle operates up to 6,000 RPM, powered by a 26 HP motor, supporting versatile machining tasks with one main spindle. The machine is equipped with a VDI tool carrier supporting up to 6 turning and 6 rotary tools, with rotary tools driven by an 8 HP motor at speeds up to 5,000 RPM. It allows single simultaneous cutting tool engagement and operates on 2 axes. Axis travels include a 4.490" X-axis with rapid traverse rates reaching 1,179 inches per minute, mirrored on Y and Z axes, ensuring high-speed positioning and feed rates (max feed rate 600 IPM on all axes).
