This CNC vertical machining center features a robust table with a standard size of 25.590 inches (L) x 16.900 inches (W), expandable to 47.240 inches (L) x 21.650 inches (W), supporting a maximum workpiece weight of 660 lbs. The machine is equipped with two vertical spindles, each fitted with an SK 40 taper, ensuring high rigidity and precision for demanding machining tasks. Spindle speeds reach up to 8,000 RPM standard, with an optional upgrade to 12,000 RPM, and each spindle delivers a 30-minute rated power of 10 HP, suitable for both light and heavy-duty operations. Tooling is managed via an optional automatic tool changer (ATC), accommodating 16 tools standard and up to 24 tools in the optional configuration, with rapid tool change times of 3.5 seconds and chip-to-chip change times of 7 seconds. The machine operates on three axes (X, Y, Z), with X-axis travel of 21.650 inches (expandable to 51.180 inches), Y-axis travel of 16.930 inches (expandable to 23.600 inches), and Z-axis travel of 18.900 inches (expandable to 22.050 inches). Maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds are 394 ipm and 943 ipm, respectively, across all axes, enabling efficient material removal and high productivity.
