The MAZAK INTEGREX E-RAMTEC V/10 is a high-performance 5-axis vertical machining center designed for advanced multi-tasking operations. It combines the capabilities of a CNC machining center and a vertical turning center, enabling complete machining—turning, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping—in a single setup. The machine features a large working envelope with X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 73.82 inches (1,875 mm), 41.73 inches (1,059.9 mm), and 57.09 inches (1,450.1 mm), respectively, supporting the processing of large, heavy, and complex workpieces. Its robust construction includes a ram spindle for deep inner diameter turning, milling, and drilling, as well as a tilting B-axis for full 5-axis machining flexibility. The milling spindle delivers up to 10,000 RPM and 37.3 kW (50 hp) of power, ensuring high-speed and high-torque performance for a wide range of materials. The machine is equipped with a powerful turning spindle, high-capacity tool storage (up to 348 tools), and a two-pallet changer for efficient production and reduced downtime.
