Its horizontal spindle, with an HSK E63 taper, achieves up to 30,000 RPM powered by a 55 HP motor rated for 30 minutes. The tool management system includes a 120-tool automatic tool changer with a rapid 3-second tool change time. The machine supports dual pallets with a standard pallet changer for efficient workpiece handling. The machining center operates on four axes—X, Y, Z, and B—with travel distances of 25.6", 23.6", 26.4", and 360° rotation respectively, and a rapid traverse rate of 2,760 inches per minute for the linear axes. The high-speed spindle and extensive tooling capacity make it suited for high-precision, high-productivity operations, typical in aerospace and automotive industries.
