The MESPACK H220 Static Smooth Drum Roller is a versatile horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) machine designed for producing small to medium-sized flat and stand-up pouches with or without gussets. It accommodates pouch sizes ranging from 2.76 x 3.94 inches to 4.33 x 11.81 inches, and gusset sizes from 1.57 to 4.72 inches. The machine offers a filling capacity between 1.69 and 8.45 fluid ounces (50 ml to 250 ml, up to 1000 ml). It features four filling heads and three filling stations, enabling efficient multi-head filling. Controlled by an Allen Bradley CompactLogix L43 PLC, the system delivers precision in process management, flexible automation, and reliable integration with industrial controls. Production speeds vary by model, with outputs up to 150 pouches per minute for the H220 D version and up to 75 pouches per minute for the H220 S variant. The machine supports maximum pouch formats of up to 8.66 x 11.81 inches (H220 S, FE models) and minimum pouch formats as small as 2.76 x 3.94 inches (H220 D, FED models). Its modular design includes features such as an independent unwind system with autosplice, servo-driven pouch pulling, automated seal jaw positioning, and options for hole punch corrections for stand-up pouches. The machine is engineered for high performance and flexibility in packaging liquids, powders, and granules, with robust mechanical and electronic components designed for industrial reliability and ease of format changeovers.
