Tooling is managed by a 40-pocket automatic tool changer (ATC), enabling rapid tool changes in just 8 seconds, with no chip-to-chip time, ensuring efficient operation. The machine provides three linear axes (X, Y, Z) with generous travel distances—200" in X, 102.4" in Y, and 32.3" in Z—along with a fourth-axis rotary option (A: 105°, B: 360°) for expanded versatility. All axes deliver a maximum feed rate of 276 ipm and rapid traverse speeds up to 393 ipm, supporting high-speed, high-precision machining.
