The MIGHTY VT-2100YMS is a high-rigidity horizontal machining center optimized for precision turning and milling operations with 5-axis capability. The spindle includes an 8" chuck and supports a maximum swing of 23.6" and a bar diameter up to 2". The main spindle operates at speeds up to 4,500 RPM powered by a 20 HP motor, with a sub-spindle running at 5,000 RPM and 7.5 HP, enabling efficient secondary operations. The machine is equipped with a turret-style VDI tool carrier supporting up to 10 tools for turning and 10 for rotary functions, though only one simultaneous cutting tool is active.
