The MIYANO ABX-64TH3 is a horizontal machining center designed for precision turning and milling, featuring a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 8.000" and a turning length of 4.920". The main spindle accommodates a 6.000" chuck diameter and supports bar stock up to 2.500" in diameter, operating at up to 4,000 RPM with 20 HP power. Additionally, it includes a sub spindle capable of 6.000" turning diameter and 4.920" length, running at 5,000 RPM with 10 HP. The machine features dual turret tool carriers (left top and right top), each supporting up to 12 turning and 12 rotary tools, enabling complex machining with up to three simultaneous cutting tools. The rotary tools deliver 3.35 HP and can reach 6,000 RPM. It supports secondary mill/drill functions on-center, off-center, and with full C and Y axis control, providing flexibility for milling operations within turning cycles.
