The spindle accepts bar stock up to 3.54" in diameter and delivers 46 HP at speeds up to 4,000 RPM, providing strong cutting power. A sub spindle with 33 HP and 4,000 RPM complements the main spindle for enhanced machining flexibility. The machine is equipped with HSK tool holders supporting up to 34 turning tools and 34 rotary tools, with rotary tools providing 21 HP and speeds up to 4,500 RPM. Its tool management supports simultaneous cutting with one tool and a comprehensive tool turret for complex machining sequences. The travel envelopes are 22" (X-axis), 7.88" (Y-axis), and 43.3" (Z-axis), with rapid and maximum feed rates of 472 inches per minute on all axes, ensuring efficient and rapid material removal.
