THE 2024 REKORD CK 300-TH TWIN HEAD GRINDER IS ENGINEERED FOR PRECISION CIRCULAR KNIFE GRINDING, ACCOMMODATING DIAMETERS FROM 40MM TO 350MM (1.6”– 13.75”). IT FEATURES TWO 1 HP GRINDING MOTORS, EACH UTILIZING A 125MM WHEEL AT 4700 RPM, FOR SIMULTANEOUS BILATERAL BEVEL GRINDING UP TO 90° INCLUSIVE, ENSURING A BURR-FREE FINISH. THE MACHINE IS ALSO CAPABLE OF SINGLE BEVEL GRINDING FROM -10° TO +70° ANGLES. CONTROL IS MANAGED VIA AN INTEGRATED PLC AND A 10” TOUCH SCREEN PANEL PC HOUSED IN A FULL WORKING AREA ENCLOSURE. KEY FEATURES INCLUDE AUTOMATIC KNIFE ROTATION AT 14 RPM, ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED VARIABLE SPEED, LATERAL FINE ADJUSTMENT FOR CENTERING, AND MANUAL CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION. THE UNIT OPERATES ON 480V, 3 PHASE, 60 CYCLE POWER AND HAS A SHIPPING WEIGHT OF 500KG (1100LBS). IT IS EQUIPPED WITH A COOLANT SYSTEM (EMULSION OR NEAT OIL) WITH MAGNETIC SEPARATOR, A DARWIN 600D MIST COLLECTOR, QUICK CHANGE KNIFE HOLDER - 5/8", AND WIFI COMMUNICATIONS FOR REMOTE SUPPORT.
