MYTECH MT-960VS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

The MYTECH MT-960VS is a compact, high-performance vertical machining center designed for precision metal cutting applications. This three-axis CNC machine features a robust 1000 x 600 mm (39.37 x 23.62 inches) table with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, making it suitable for medium-sized workpieces. The machine delivers 900 x 570 x 570 mm (35.43 x 22.44 x 22.44 inches) of travel across its X, Y, and Z axes, providing substantial working envelope for diverse machining operations. Powered by dual spindle options—either belt-type or direct-drive configurations—the MT-960VS operates at 10,000 RPM, with the direct-drive variant reaching 12,000 RPM for enhanced surface finishing capabilities. The spindle accepts BT40 tool holders and delivers 7.5/11 kW continuous/intermittent power through a 60 mm diameter spindle nose. Feed rates of 10 m/min for cutting and 36 m/min for rapid traverse ensure efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. The machine incorporates an arm-type automatic tool changer with 24-tool magazine capacity, enabling rapid tool changes without interrupting production flow. Linear guideways (35/45/45 mm) and ball screws (40/40/40 mm) across all axes ensure smooth, precise movement with minimal runout. A fully enclosed splash guard protects the operator and surrounding equipment. The 280-liter coolant tank supplies high-pressure coolant delivery for extended tool life and superior surface finishes, while the complete system consumes 25 kW total power.
