The NEXTURN LP-18 Horizontal Machining Center is a CNC turning center designed for precision machining with a maximum main spindle turning diameter of 0.710" and a turning length of up to 6.230". It features a single main spindle operating at up to 10,000 RPM with 4.90 HP power and a sub spindle capable of 8,000 RPM and 1.46 HP, both with 0.710" bar diameter capacity. The machine supports a primary slide-type tool carrier with a maximum of 10 turning tools and 8 rotary tools, facilitating diverse machining operations with a maximum rotary tool speed of 6,000 RPM at 0.66 HP. The LP-18 offers simultaneous cutting with one tool and includes a comprehensive secondary mill/drill functionality supporting on-center, off-center, and interpolation with 'C' and 'Y' axes.
