This vertical machining center features a robust #50 taper spindle with a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM, optionally upgradable to 6,000 RPM, and a 25 HP motor rated for 30-minute duty cycles. The spindle is vertically oriented for precision vertical machining operations. The machine offers a tool carousel Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 30 tools, expandable to 60 tools, supporting efficient tool management and reduced cycle times. It supports optional pallet changing with two pallets for increased workpiece throughput. The machine is configured with three axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional 4th axis capability, providing travel ranges of 80.31" in X, 33.86" in Y, and 28.35" in Z.
