This vertical machining center features a #40 taper spindle with a top speed of 12,000 RPM, upgradable to 20,000 RPM, driven by a 30 HP motor rated for 30 minutes. It operates on a 3-axis configuration, with an optional 4th axis, offering travel distances of 44.09" in X, 36.22" in Y, and 22.05" in Z, each axis capable of a maximum feed and rapid traverse rate of 1,260 inches per minute. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodating 40 tools standard, expandable to 120, and an optional pallet changer is available. The machine supports an optional index or rotary table for enhanced workpiece positioning versatility. The spindle orientation is vertical, designed for high precision and efficiency in milling, drilling, and boring tasks.
