This vertical machining center features a robust 29.92" x 18.11" table with an optional index or rotary table for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle utilizes a standard #40 taper, with an optional #50 taper, and achieves speeds up to 8,000 RPM (15,000 RPM optional), powered by a 15 HP motor (30 HP optional). Tooling is managed by a 48-station automatic tool changer (ATC), with a pallet changer available for two pallets to maximize uptime. The machine operates on three axes (expandable to four), with X, Y, and Z travels of 22.05" (30" optional), 18.11", and 18.11" respectively. Maximum feed rates reach 1,260 ipm, while rapid traverse speeds are 1,575 ipm on all axes, ensuring fast and efficient machining cycles.
