Technical Description

This vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 69.69" by 24.41", with an optional extended length of 107.25", capable of supporting workpieces up to 5,940 lbs. Its vertical spindle uses a #50 taper, delivering 30 HP (30-minute rating) and a top speed of 3,600 RPM, with an optional reduced speed of 3,000 RPM. The machine includes an automatic tool changer (ATC) with zero seconds tool change chip time. It operates with 5 axes, excluding a U axis, providing X, Y, and Z travels of 47.24", 23.62", and 23.62" respectively, each with a rapid traverse rate of 394 inches per minute, and an A-axis rotary travel of 60 degrees.
