Technical Description
The PAUS PG10HA is a compact, high-performance articulated grader designed for precise and efficient route maintenance in underground hardrock mining environments. It features a robust diesel engine, with options including the Cummins QSB 4.5 delivering up to 127 kW (170 hp), and is equipped with a hydrostatic drive system for smooth, responsive operation. The machine’s articulated steering and oscillating front axle provide exceptional maneuverability in confined spaces, while the low-profile cab ensures excellent visibility for accurate grading. The hydraulically operated moldboard offers a working width of 3,055 mm, side shift of ±500 mm, a maximum working depth of 310 mm, and adjustable cutting and slewing angles for versatile grading tasks. Additional features include a ripper with five removable teeth, a scarifier for the moldboard, and a floating position for enhanced adaptability. The PG10HA is built for durability, with a divided chassis, rigid mounted axles, and a robust hinge mechanism. Standard operating weight is approximately 11,500 kg, with a permissible front axle load of 5,000 kg and rear axle load of 7,500 kg. The fuel tank capacity is 170 liters, and the machine is designed for operation in temperatures from -20°C to +40°C and at altitudes up to 1,500 m. Optional equipment includes air-conditioning, onboard fire suppression systems, and advanced 3D grade control systems for centimeter-level precision. The PG10HA combines high tractive force, low operating costs, and easy handling for reliable, precise underground grading.
