The Quaser MF630 Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis CNC machine designed for complex precision machining. It features a vertical spindle with a #40 taper, delivering up to 12,000 RPM standard and optionally 15,000 RPM, supported by a powerful spindle motor rated at 20 HP, upgradable to 29 HP for enhanced cutting capability. The machine accommodates a table size of 19.68" x 19.68" with a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 660 lbs, enabling robust handling of medium-sized components. Its travel ranges are 30.3" on the X-axis, 27.55" on the Y-axis, and 24" on the Z-axis, with rapid traverse speeds of 1,258 IPM and maximum feed rates of 629 IPM on all axes, ensuring efficient movement and high throughput. The rotary A-axis provides a rotation of up to 150°, facilitating multi-angle machining. The MF630 is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting 30 tools as standard, with an option to extend to 60 tools.
