This CNC machining center features a robust table/work support with dimensions of 48.030 inches in length and 22.040 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,200 lbs. An index table and rotary table are available as optional accessories for enhanced versatility. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle utilizing a CAT #40 taper, with BT 40 as an alternative option. The spindle achieves a maximum speed of 8,000 RPM, with an optional top speed of 10,000 RPM, and delivers 22.40 HP (30-minute rating) for demanding machining tasks. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a capacity for 30 tools, and tool change chip time is 4.60 seconds. A pallet changer is available as an optional feature. The machine operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with a fourth axis available as an option. Axis travels are 40.150 inches (X), 24.020 inches (Y), and 25.190 inches (Z).
