Each machining unit incorporates a work spindle integrated into a twin-axis swivel head with A/C axes capable of ±95-degree rotation and a W-axis offering 100mm of additional adjustment capability. The CNC-controlled system delivers rapid feeds up to 30,000 mm/min and operates at speeds up to 18,000 RPM with 69.7 horsepower, generating 63 Nm of torque under standard operating conditions. The machine accommodates HSK 63 tool tapers with an 88-position tool magazine positioned on a second level above the work area, utilizing a hinged exchange mechanism for direct tool changes in the work zone. Pallets measure 39.37 by 196.85 inches and support workpieces up to 3,000 kg. The space-saving design integrates pallet parking positions and a dedicated setup station external to the work area, enabling setup procedures to proceed simultaneously with machining operations. Overall dimensions are 12,000mm length by 11,000mm width by 5,600mm height, with a total weight of 55,000 kg.
