FEATURING A FANUC CNC CONTROL AND MARPOSS GAUGING, THIS MODEL PROVIDES SUPERIOR ACCURACY FOR BOTH ECCENTRIC SHAFT ROUNDING AND DIVERSE POLYGON SHAPES. ITS CAPABILITIES ARE ENHANCED BY A NEW RADIUS TRAVERSE FUNCTION, ENABLING THE SCULPTING OF REQUIRED GEOMETRY FOR APPLICATIONS SUCH AS HUB CONNECTIONS, KEYWAYS, GEARS, COUPLINGS, AND SPLINES. KEY SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDE A MAXIMUM SWING OVER TABLE OF 11.8" (300MM) AND A NOMINAL DISTANCE BETWEEN CENTERS OF 24.81" (630MM). THE MAXIMUM GRINDING DIAMETER IS 8.7" (220MM). THE MACHINE UTILIZES A GRINDING WHEEL WITH A DIAMETER OF 13.78" (350MM) AND A WIDTH OF 0.98" (25MM), POWERED BY A 20 HP (15KW) SPINDLE MOTOR. STANDARD EQUIPMENT INCLUDES A BUILT-IN OVERHEAD JIB CRANE AND A COOLANT SYSTEM.
