The SNK NB11T is a CNC horizontal machining center engineered for precision 5-axis operations with exceptional rigidity and versatility. Featuring a Fanuc 16-MB CNC control system, the machine accommodates workpieces up to 5,500 lbs on its 41.34" × 37.41" work table. The horizontal spindle delivers 30 HP with a maximum speed of 3,000 RPM and utilizes a #50 taper tooling interface, providing substantial cutting force for demanding applications. The machine's 5-axis capability includes 60" X-travel, 40" Y-travel, and 27.63" Z-travel with maximum feed rates of 200 ipm and rapid traverse speeds reaching 472 ipm across linear axes. The B-axis provides continuous 360° rotary indexing, enabling complex multi-face machining in a single setup. The 40-station automatic tool changer with 15-second chip-to-chip time ensures high productivity, with optional expansion to 120 tool positions available.
