The SNK NISSIN BHP130 is a heavy-duty 5-axis CNC horizontal machining center designed for high-precision boring and milling applications. It features a robust work table measuring 98.43" by 70.87", capable of supporting workpieces up to 44,100 lbs, ideal for large and heavy components. The machine’s horizontal spindle has a CAT#50 taper, delivering up to 3,500 RPM and powered by a 60 HP motor rated for 30-minute cycles, providing exceptional torque and power for machining tough materials like stainless steel and titanium. The spindle includes a 5.1" diameter quill with 27.5" W-axis travel and incorporates thermal growth compensation with sensor feedback for micron-level accuracy. Its X, Y, and Z axes offer travels of 137.8", 98.43", and 62.99" respectively, with rapid traverse speeds up to 394 inches per minute. The B-axis provides full 360° rotation supported by a worm and wheel construction with precise scale feedback.
