The SNK RB-200F is a high-capacity vertical machining center designed for heavy-duty, precision 5-axis machining applications such as complex molds, dies, aircraft parts, and engine blocks. It features a large worktable measuring 157" x 79" capable of supporting workpieces weighing up to 33,000 lbs, enabling the machining of large or long parts. The machine operates on six axes with extensive travels: X-axis 167", Y-axis 114", Z-axis 24" (optionally 39"), and a B-axis tilt of 190°, allowing simultaneous 5-axis contouring for multi-angle operations. The vertical spindle, with a #50 taper, runs at a standard maximum speed of 6,000 RPM (optional 10,000 RPM) and is powered by a robust 73 HP motor (with a 40 HP optional configuration), providing high cutting power and torque. A 60-tool automatic tool changer is standard, with an optional upgrade to 100 tools, and an optional pallet changer enhances workflow efficiency. Rapid traverse rates reach up to 800 inches per minute across X, Y, and Z axes, facilitating fast positioning.
