SNK RB-350F VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

This vertical machining center features a large table size of 236" x 137" capable of supporting a maximum workpiece weight of 66,000 lbs, designed for heavy-duty machining operations. It includes a vertical spindle with a #50 taper, providing a standard top spindle speed of 6,000 RPM with an optional upgrade to 10,000 RPM. The spindle motor offers a 30-minute rated power of 40 HP, with an optional 30 HP variant available. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) system, supporting 60 tools standard and expandable up to 100 tools. A pallet changer is optional, enhancing workflow efficiency for large-scale production. The machine operates with six axes of control, excluding a U axis, with substantial travel distances: X1 axis at 246", Y1 axis at 177", and Z1 axis offering 24" travel, extendable to 39". The B1 rotary axis provides 190° rotation for complex part machining. The maximum feed rate for the linear axes is 240 IPM, with rapid traverse speeds reaching up to 600 IPM for efficient positioning.
